Location is second to none. Great walks north (Runswick Bay) and south (Sandsend, Whitby). Absolutely wonderful hosts and superb amenities throughout the property. We will be back!

We had a fabulous stay at this property during the Easter holidays. It was more than big enough for our family group of nine plus labrador. The house was lovely, if anything even better than the pictures actually. There were some pleasant surprises with a TV in the lounge and a sofa in the very large kitchen/diner, which was a better set up than the pictures we had seen. The location is amazing, with sea views from the rear of the house, and the kids loved seeing the tiny lambs right next to the garden fence. Whitby is less than ten minutes away and loads of other coastal destinations well within an hour. We went swimming in Scarborough, spent time on the beach in Saltburn, took a walk in Staithes and ate fish and chips in Whitby. What more could you want on that coast. The house was incredibly clean with lovely linens and great bathrooms. Only two rooms had to share a bathroom and one of those bedrooms did have a bath and washbasin in it anyway. We would definitely go again.

Could not fault this cottage, the pictures do not do it justice. Simply amazing. Thank you so much for the most amazing stay, we 100% will be back. I have posted the cottage on my social media and people are already asking me where this is so hopefully they will come and stay with you too!!
